I was lovely to be part of Nikki & Neil’s wedding at Killearnan Church and the Drumossie Hotel in Inverness on Saturday. Their family and friends were such a great bunch of people to be around and photograph and I really enjoyed photographing their wedding.

Lisa & Matthew’s wedding took place at Kilbrandon church on Seil Island with their reception being held at the very beautiful Lunga House.
I think sometimes I take Scotland for granted but a trip to the west coast reminds of the beauty we have in our country, beauty that was certainly matched by Lisa. The words, million and dollars spring to mind

On Wednesday I was delighted to photograph Ciaran and his instructor, Kelly.
Cerian is a highly dedicated 2nd Dan Black Belt in the Martial Art of Tang Soo Do and has claimed many prestigious awards, both nationally and internationally; including Scottish Grand Champion, British Grand Champion and European Grand Champion in 2010. He also won a bronze and 2 sliver medals at the World Championships in the USA in August 2011. He is, what we say in Scotland, hard as nails :)
Ciaran and 3 other members of his club have been selected to attend and compete in the European Tang Soo Do competition held in Germany this month. This is a fantastic honour and opportunity for them as they will be representing Inverness and Scotland as part of the Great Britain Team!
Both Paula and I wish them all the very best and will be rooting for them all the way.
And thanks again for braving the cold....... barefooted!
